Located in the village of Odxel, amongst a patch of coconut trees, at the mouth of the river Zuari, lies Bay 15. This 2 years old hotel, with 15 sea facing cottages, has one pictures setting I must say. With the breeze from the sea, in the shade of the coconut trees, one cannot ask for more if you want that Goa feel. Serving contemporary style dishes & with a mix of Mediterranean to Indian, one would be spoilt for choice..A great find.
Mint & cucumber cooler - The phrase 'cool as a cucumber' was invented after a drink like this. A super refreshing mocktail made with cucumber syrup, fresh cucumber juice, lime juice with a dash of mint & topped with ice.
Mango Margarita - Bar man's special. Fresh mango pulp shaken over loads of ice, with tequila, lime juice & black pepper,served with a rim of sea salt.
Rawa fried Prawns - Signature at the Harbor bar, Enjoy classic Goan rawa fried prawns with a breath taking view. Fresh white prawns marinated in local Goan spices, dusted in semolina & fried.
Lamb Keftedes - From the Mediterranean section. Grilled Lamb kebabs, moist to the core, flavored with fresh herbs & mint, served with home-made tzatziki & grilled toast.
Kingfish Curry - The heart of our local Goan culture. Slices of kingfish, poached in an aromatic gravy made of traditional spices, turmeric & coconut milk, with the heat of fresh green chilis, served with steamed rice.
Grilled Eggplant - Chefs take on Mediterranean grilled veggies. Crisp grilled eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes & peppers, roped together with a pesto béchamel sauce & feta cheese.
Flame grilled chicken - Juicy chicken breast cooked over an open flame, served with garlic infused spaghetti, cayenne pepper sauce & home grown micro greens.
Serradura - Vanilla flavored pudding made with dehydrated milk & layered with cookie crumbs. Its a classic.
