Ciao Bella

Italian cuisine is one of the most popular & accepted cuisine to hit India by storm & where better to experience it, than at ‘Ciao Bella’ here in Goa. Located in the quiet village in Badem, Assagao, run by a pretty passionate couple who make sure no stone is left unturned to provide you the best. What an experience! I must say with every dish overflowing with passion. We featured their signatures, that one should not miss in this life time. And Oh, & if you crave pizza then Wednesday or Saturday is the night for you..

Spritz - An eye catching cocktail made with Campari & sparkling wine, may look sweet but it's a bit on the dryer side.
Basito - Very much to my taste. Made on the basis of a mojito with a twist of basil, lime juice, ginger ale & raw sugar. Simply wow..

Caprese - Talk about freshness on a plate. Tiny balls of fresh mozzarella called Bocconcini, served with ripe tomato & basil with a dash of black salt.. It's to die for.

Tagliolini al nero di sepia con salsa al salmone - If you really want to know how good this is, you should see the smile on my face. Fresh home-made tagliolini made with squid ink, tossed in a creamy smoked salmon sauce with red & green pepper corns.

Tagliatelle ai fungi e tartufo - On the first bite, you will experience the flavors of the porcini mushrooms, with a dash of truffle oil tossed with fresh home made tagliatelle. Excellent choice for the vegetarians..
Antipasto misto con coccoli - Talk about heaven on earth!! Every meat eaters dream.. Assorted platter of prosciutto crudo, Milano salami & speck, with a side of Bocconcini, grilled vegetables & artichoke, with a side of coccoli or fried pieces of dough.

Gnocchi ripieni di ricotta e spinaci all' arrabbiata -  Home made gnocchi, pasta made of potato, & stuffed with ricotta & spinach, topped with arrabbiata sauce.. Now that's what I call a meal.

Frittura di Pesce - a mix of deep fried calamari, prawns, sage, rose Mary & vegetables. Light & tasty with an accent of the Mediterranean.
Beef carpaccio - An Italian classic that surely needs no introduction. Raw cured beef, served with Parmesan cheese & rocula, with cherry tomatoes.
Panna Cotta - Creamy custard made with gelatins, topped with fresh mango sauce..
