Old Fashioned Chicken Salad -Slow roasted chicken chunks, tossed in a salad of ice. Berg,cucumber, with a pepper & sesame dressing.
Chicken 65 - Somehow, this dish has its own take, from restaurant to restaurant. Here we have bite size chicken pieces, first fried in a batter, then tossed in a sauce made from mustard seeds, peppers & curry leaves. Not to miss the chillis &stomata based sauce.
Gosht ki Khati roll - Reminds me of the days when I was back in Delhi. The Khati roll, an ever popular street snack made either with meats or vegetables in this case we have slow cooked lamb, tossed in crisp fresh vegetables & aromatic spices, rolled inan Indian flatbread, served with a side of mint chutney & mayo.
Kingfish in lemon saffron sauce - Fresh kingfish slices, grilled & topped with a garlic & lemon sauce infused with saffron. Served with a side of fries & veggies.
Mackerel Xacuti - Holy Mackerel!! It's a Xacuti!! A first timer for me. Fresh mackerel poached in a rich & aromatic gravy made from local spiced & roasted coconut.
Goan Prawn Curry - A delicacy that needs no introduction in Goa. White prawns poached in a creamy & spicy coconut curry with lady fingers. The best accompaniment being plain steamed rice.
Veg Caldhino - One of the most famous Goan vegetarian dishes available. A mildly spiced coconut milk curry, with a mix of vegetables & hint of coriander.
Mutton Rogan josh -  All the way fromKashmir, this dish took India by storm. Slow cooked mutton cubes, in a rich tomato & onion gravy.
