Peppers, The Royal Assagao, Assagao

The quaint beautiful village of Assagao has a new place to check out.. Peppers, located in the hotel called Royal Assagao. With a vast multi-cuisine to spoil you for choice, one could opt for either indoor or poolside dining. With a well stocked bar, to piping hot kababs straight out of the coal lit tandoor.

Greenland -  A cooler to sip on year round. Khas syrup layered with fresh mint, a squeeze of lime, club soda & ice.

Blue Lagoon - A classic, throws me back in time.. A squeeze of lime juice, dash of blue coraçon, sprite & ice.

Panacotta- Strawberry flavored with desiccated coconut garnish

Rainbow chicken Salad - Colorful chicken salad, made with bite size veggies tossed with tandoor cooked chicken, in a mayo dressing.

Goan Fish Thali - The special thali, comprising of fish curry, calamari chilli fry, a vegetable side, salad & fried fish, with rice, chapati, papad & a dessert.. Couldn't ask for more.

Chefs special Non-veg Tandoori Platter -  An assortment of kababs like chicken tikka, tangdi kabab, haryali kabab & seekh kababs, served with kuchumber salad & mint chutney.
Chicken florentine -  Chicken breast stuffed with garlic & cheese, topped with grated cheese & served with pilaf & sautéed veggies.
Veg Banjara - Mixed vegetables, poached in a North Indian tomato & onion gravy, with an array of spices & finished with a dollop of cream. Best accompanied with fresh laccha roti or naan.
