Peach Mignon – A summer special, perfect for a Goan sunny day.. Fresh watermelon juice with a dash of sweet lemon & honey..
Cherry Ale – An elegant mocktail made with ginger ale & grenadine syrup. Almost like a soda pop!!
Lemon Margarita – A super citrus margarita made with triple sec, vodka & lime juice, topped with ice & shaken.. Served with a salted rim..
Strawberry Margarita – Another signature, one should not miss here.. The strawberry margarita, a classic cocktail made with strawberry syrup with a touch of fresh strawberries, a dash of triple sec & vodka..
Manhattan Crab Cakes – All the way from down town, Manhattan, Crab cakes, really tasty ones actually. Served with a wasabi aioli.
Hanging Chicken Cafreal – Innovative and very flavourful, I must say it’s one of the best chicken cafreal I have had lately. Marinated with a perfect blend of coriander, garlic & chilli’s, & cooked over char coal, simply amazing..
Spanakopita – For the amuse bouche, a triangular shaped puff mafe from filo pastry, stuffed with spinach, mushrooms & cheese, with a side of blue cheese dip.
Robin’s sausage Potato skins – With a twist of their own!! The British style fried potato skins, stuffed with our local Goan chorizo sausage, topped with bacon.
Bruchetta Caprese – The traditional topping of Roma tomatoes, chopped up with basil & black olives, finished with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar & parmesan cheese.
Stuffed Chicken Breast – Juicy chicken breast stuffed with olive & almond ricotta cheese, served with a creamy mushroom sauce, on a bed of spaghetti in béchamel sauce & tossed veggies.. Couldn’t ask for more..
Slow cooked BBQ pork back ribs – As the name says, fall off the bone, slow cooked pork rib, in restaurants signature sauce served with potato wedges, mash potato & salad.
Eggplant Parmigiano – Slices of eggplant slightly fried, with marinara & mozzarella, served with a side of pasta & topped with béchamel.
Berbere special Tenderloin Steak – The First restaurant I have officially come across in Goa, to use a ‘Sous-vide’ in their kitchen. And yes, they make a damn good ‘sous-vide’ steak. The berbere, an African spice infused loin, crusted with cheese fondue, with leek & potatoes, a red wine poached pear, & espresso beef jus.. Mind blowing!!
Marble Cheese Cake – So not very common.. A cheese cake with layers of both white chocolate & dark chocolate, with a base made from oats!!
Coffee Crème Brulee – Coffee flavoured baked pudding of French origin.. topped with caramelized sugar..
