Island tidbits - An assortment representing the land & sea. BBQ chicken wings, calamari rings, cheese balls & crumb fried prawns, served with a house sauce.
Leaf bundled Fish - Locally inspired kingfish steak, marinated in a green mint & coriander sauce, wrapped in a banana lead & grilled to perfection.
Masala Beef - Kerala influenced semi dry beef stir fry, flash cooked in an aromatic masala, scented with curry leaves topped with onion rings & tomato wedges.
Grilled beef tenderloin - One of the most succulent, juicy beef steaks i have had in a while. Cooked to your choice, & served over grilled veggies & mash potato with a creamy mushroom sauce on the side.
Soro chicken fingers - Soro's signature chicken fingers. And surely you will only find chicken fingers cooked this way here in Goa. Marinated finger sized chicken strips, rolled in home made angel hair pasta, fried, served with house sauce.
Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños - Local fragrant large peppers, stuffed with cream cheese & wrapped with streaky bacon, skewered & grilled right before you!!
Pan grilled Snapper - Marinated snapper fillet, grilled & served with orange butter sauce mashed sweet potato & sautéed spinach.
Garlic chicken with mushroom sauce - Garlic & Herb marinated chicken breast, grilled over a high flame, served with crushed pepper mushroom sauce, mashed potatoes & pan grilled veggies.
Red Dot - Pretty drink for the ladies. Shaken in a cocktail shaker with a lot of ice, with Vodka, a dash of gin, litchi syrup & raspberry syrup.
Masala Thumbs up - The locally influenced masala thumbs up at Soro. A stiff cocktail made with chat masala & black salt, with a dash of fenni, gin & dark rum, topped with a thumbs up, ice and a squeeze of lime.
Chocolate Paan - The traditional Indian Paan, a mouth freshener & a digestive, made from beetle leaf & dunked in chocolate.. Great way to wind up an awesome meal.
