Bread Fruit Rawa Fry

Introduced to Goa by the Portuguese, Bread Fruit is an easy vegetable to work with. This week I cooked bread fruit in the way most of us local Goans love; ‘masala rawa fry’. This is also the way my grandmother made it for us during the monsoon, when fish was not available. A super nutritious delicacy here in Goa..
