Cheddar cheese Dip


Cheddar cheese Dip
Béchamel Sauce – 100gm
Grated cheddar cheese – 50gm
Seasoning – to taste
Method: In a pan, heat the béchamel sauce and add some water to loosen it. Add in the grated cheddar cheese, and take off the heat. Stir in some chopped parsley if needed and season.
