Homemade herb and spring-onion cheese Dip
Milk – 1lt
Lemon juice – 20ml
Oregano – 1/2tsp
Spring-onion chopped – 2 tsp
Seasoning – to taste
Method: Bring the milk to a boil. Once boiling, lower the flame and add the lime juice and slowly stir to separate the milk solids from the whey (clear liquid). Strain the solids and cool.
In a blender, add the curdled milk solids and a dash of milk and blend to a smooth dipping consistency. Stir in the oregano seasoning and spring-onions
