One of my all time favourite monsoon snacks, , also makes a super desert for the vegans?? Made with rice & jaggery Patoleo makes a perfect tea time snack. Our Catholic brethren make it on the 15th of August to celebrate the ‘Assumption of Mary’ feast, & soon after our Hindu brethren for ‘Naag Panchmi’. Imparting a unique flavour from the tumeric leaf theres one thing for sure, no one can eat, just one! #homegrown#eatlocal #Goan #heavenlybites #nomnom
